The New Cut of Beef, The Vegas Strip Steak
Why is it hard to find a diagram with where on the animal this allegedly fabulous new steak is cut?  What should we not know about it?  Is it from a scary part of the cow and it’s best we just don’t know?  What part of this common animal have we totally missed?
The skeptic is skeptical.  The animal wants an excuse to go to Vegas to try it.
